How It Works

1. Complete the Individual Study (CPD Certified)

Start with the online individual study session on the EELT Academy. This introduces the key ideas through videos, tasks, and reflection activities, and leads to a CPD certificate of completion.

Once completed, you can move to the facilitator version, which includes a facilitator handbook, step-by-step guidance on how to run the session, and structured materials to support delivery.

3. Deliver the Session in Your School

Lead the CPD session with your staff using the provided materials. Teachers engage in structured discussion and practical tasks, focusing on how the ideas apply to their own classrooms.
